[Setup] external css into plone

I have some files with external css and i would like to use them in my Plone site how can I do to add the css to the Plone and referencing These css In their files?

Hello Paul,

This depends on whether you're doing old or new style theming, or possibly
adding CSS to an add-on package. For theming, see:

http://docs.plone.org/adapt-and-extend/theming/index.html

Note that if you're doing new-style theming, it's as easy as adding the
imports to your template.
