[Setup] Setup Digest, Vol 119, Issue 1

Hello
Plone version is 4.3.10rc1

Have problem with portlets.
Some older can't delete or hide, not active but is visible only from
home page after move from home page to other subpages, picture inside
"static text portlet" not visible
but portlets stayed active.
